At SavageeCreations, we take pride in providing high-quality custom and personalized products made specifically for you. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
1. No Refunds on Custom Orders
Due to the unique nature of custom-made and personalized products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items unless there is a defect or mistake on our end. This includes:
Custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
Personalized mugs, phone cases, pillows, and other customized items
Digital templates and designs
All sales are final once an order is placed. Please review your order details carefully before checking out.
2. Order Errors or Defective Items
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once production begins, changes cannot be made, and the order is final sale.

SavageeCreations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If an issue occurs with delivery, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
